A dusty road winds through the sunny hills. A gentle traveler sets off on a journey, humming a cheerful tune in the warm breeze.
Suddenly, trouble strikes on the quiet road. A traveler is left hurt by the wayside, sitting sadly and hoping someone will notice him.
Soon, an important leader in fancy robes marches down the path. He looks the other way and quickly walks right past.
Next, another respected helper walks down the hill. He hears a soft sigh, but folds his arms and crosses to the other side.
The hurt traveler feels lonely and forgotten. But then, a kind stranger from a far land rides up on his gentle donkey.
The kind stranger stops his donkey immediately. His heart fills with warmth and pity as he kneels down to help.
With gentle hands, the stranger cleans the traveler's scratches and wraps him in a soft, cozy blanket.
Carefully, the stranger helps the hurt man stand up. He gently lifts him onto the back of his patient donkey.
Together, they travel slowly down the sunny path. The kind stranger walks beside the donkey, making sure the man is safe.
As the sun begins to set, they arrive at a cozy, welcoming inn. The warm lights promise a safe place to rest for the night.
Inside the warm inn, the kind stranger tucks the traveler into a soft bed and watches over him through the quiet night.
The next morning, the traveler smiles. The kind stranger showed that a helping hand and a loving heart make us all good neighbors.
