Hana's Starlit Journey

Cozy in her nest of moss, tiny Hana the hummingbird looked up as her grandmother pointed to the glittering night sky.

A chilly autumn wind whispered that it was time to go. Hana took a deep breath and soared bravely into the vast, darkening sky.

High above the dark hills, the stars twinkled like a friendly map. Hana followed the glowing path, her tiny wings buzzing with energy.

Suddenly, thick gray clouds rolled across the sky, swallowing the bright stars. Hana could no longer see her shimmering map.

Lost in the cold, damp fog, Hana felt very small. Then, she remembered Grandmother's warm voice and knew she had to fly higher.

With a mighty burst of energy, Hana pushed up through the heavy mist. Suddenly, she broke free into a clear, starlit sky.

There, shining brightly, was the beautiful Star-Flower constellation. Its glowing petals pointed the way forward.

Suddenly, a fierce gust of wind roared through the night, threatening to sweep the tiny hummingbird far off her course.

Hana tucked her wings and zipped bravely through the howling gale, her eyes fixed on the sparkling star path above.

The howling wind finally died down. Below, a warm golden light began to spread across a beautiful green valley.

Hana drifted down toward the sweet-smelling flowers, her heart full of joy. She had made it through the long night.

Drinking the sweet nectar, Hana looked up at the fading morning stars with gratitude, knowing her grandmother's wisdom would guide her forever.
