Trixie Finds Her Way Home

Deep in a sunny valley, little Trixie the baby Triceratops munched on sweet green ferns near her mother's warm shadow.

Suddenly, dark clouds rolled over the hills and a loud boom of thunder shook the ground, startling little Trixie.

Cold rain began to pour, blurring the valley. Trixie crawled behind a mossy rock and realized she was all alone.

Shivering in the cold rain, Trixie took a brave step out from behind the wet rock. She had to find her family.

She marched through the dark, muddy forest. Sticky mud splashed her small toes, but she kept searching with brave eyes.

Just when she felt like crying, a soft, deep rumble echoed through the howling wind. It was her mother's special, loving call!

Trixie perked up her ears, listening closely to the rumble. The wind blew hard, but she knew exactly which way to go.

A giant, slippery log blocked the path. Trixie scrambled right over it, her eyes fixed on the glowing ferns ahead.

Trixie pushed her way through the thick patch of glowing ferns. Her mother’s warm rumble sounded closer and clearer now.

Through the thinning trees, a warm and familiar shape appeared in the misty clearing. Mother was waiting just ahead!

With a joyful squeak, Trixie ran across the clearing and nestled safely against her mother's giant, gentle snout.

The storm cleared, leaving a bright rainbow. Safe and warm, Trixie knew her mother's loving voice would always guide her home.
