About these stories
The small animals with big jobs. Bees keep the world blooming, spiders build the finest houses in nature, fireflies light the summer dark, and a caterpillar turns, unbelievably, into a butterfly. Four of these stories explain how; three of them — Bella Finds Her Hive, Fiona's Gentle Light and Sophie's Story Webs — are gentle adventures about a bee, a firefly and a spider who each find that their small gift is exactly what someone needs.
